Embroidered patches in HD thermoadhesive or with felt. If you want to be able to make them removable, you can use velcro on the back. No setup costs, 8 colors of yarn without cost increase, laser cutting for any shape of the patch. The most used variant is with glue on the back (thermoadhesive) with a very strong adhesion on cotton, polyester and blends, it can also be sewn on the most difficult materials such as nylon.
